Connect with Shelley
me consistency and faith is the key to life, not just in fitness, but in raising your children, showing up to work, showing up for people in your life, etc. I think everyone has their own struggles and comparing lives is hard for women all around us. Sharing in your ups and downs helps connect people and it makes you a real person. My faith carries me through and keeps me grounded in all aspects of my life. Lastly you do not have to be a competitive athlete to be in shape.
