More about Heather
In her words:
Not all dietitians have studied anatomy and physiology and genetics, taught and minored in biochemistry, sequenced a section of DNA, or studied under a research grant in biology.
These academic experiences created a great foundation for my studies in graduate school as a joint PhD/ RD student and gave me a unique perspective and a robust knowledge of the human body and metabolism far beyond the typical dietitian.
It is this academic training, as well as my resilience, which has pushed my career forward.
As a military spouse with three young children, a standard 9-5 job is physically impossible. While I am dedicated to my family, my love of nutrition and desire to serve led me to started Glory Nutrition in 2018.
Glory Nutrition is an anti-diet, grace-filled approach to wellness and healthier eating and fueling for a busy lifestyle.
Health is not about size or weight, but rather on providing adequate fuel for your fitness and activity level so you feel energized, active, and confident, no matter your size.
The Stress Free Family Meals program helps overwhelmed parents find a custom plan that fits their budget, schedule, and nutrition needs.
