This Run Lift Mom Podcast Episode includes quick tips about How to Find Your Workflow. Enjoy!
What Are You Doing Today?
What are your non-negotiable to do items? What can wait until tomorrow? Do you have these things organized by frequency in checklist format?
If not, consider it!
If you don’t know the tasks on your checklist, do a time audit and highlight items in 3 different colors to categorize into daily, weekly, monthly.
How do I Stay Accountable?
Experts agree these types of lists should be considered “working documents”. They will change and evolve.
I have mine in two places due to my lifestyle:
- laminated (to mark off in dry erase) on my bathroom mirror
- in the notes section of my iPhone. There are some great templates on Evernote and standalone apps that can achieve the same thing.

Your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks will look different because you have different resources and goals. This is meant to be an example from someone with very limited time!
I suggest you make your own daily, weekly, monthly “working document” checklist. This is a tool to help your workflow- not your overall strategy.
